THE PROCESS
The collaboration path
1. Initial needs assessment
Complete a short form so we can understand your business areas, current tools and main challenges.
2. Diagnostic session
We meet online for 60 minutes to review the challenge, goals and workflows. The fee is $100; the session is free if you sign an implementation contract.
3. Findings and recommended path
You receive a summary of process gaps, suitable software or features and recommended next steps.
4. Tailored proposal
The proposal covers scope, deliverables, fees, schedule, team, prerequisites and tools.
5. Implementation
After agreement, we design and implement workflows and software around your needs. The goal is effective use.
6. Support
Depending on the project agreement, support continues for one month to one year.
