Understanding the challenge is where change begins.

I am Asal Salehi. I began working in 2013 and focused my professional work on business needs in 2021. My experience in sales and marketing management at software dealerships taught me that sustainable growth depends on understanding the problem and designing practical processes. In 2024, I founded Hoosh Sepid Ayandeh. Today, alongside directing Smeral, I work with teams in sales, information technology and web design.

I approach business challenges with a strong sense of personal responsibility. I listen carefully, identify constraints and look for solutions that fit the realities of each organization. My experience advising more than 2,000 businesses has reinforced the importance of honesty, appropriate tools and responsible collaboration.
